You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’. You need to notify Chelmsley Gaming of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email (mark@chelmsleygaming.com) 

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Chelmsley Gaming of your cancellation to return the goods. You should receive your refund within 14 days of the date you have returned the goods

This policy only relates to individually purchased items from the store, custom built systems can only be cancelled within three days of the order being placed.

Any returned items must be in as new condition, a charge will be made if they are not. Postage is not refundable and it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage when returning any item.

Faulty items are covered under a manufacturers guarantee and we reserve the right to repair or replace in this situation
